Yes — same-day reservations are accepted based on availability.  For the best experience and vehicle availability, we recommend booking in advance, especially during peak travel times.

Pricing & Service Information

Yes. All pricing is confirmed in advance whenever possible so there are no hidden fees or unexpected pricing changes.

Yes. Signature Event Experience pricing may vary depending on event timing, location, demand, and overall service details.

Yes. Signature Event Experience service that extends beyond the reserved time may result in additional hourly charges.

Yes. Hourly private transportation is available for meetings, errands, events, business travel, and flexible schedules. A 2-hour minimum applies.

Yes. Round-trip transportation is available depending on the service type and trip details.

Driver gratuity is not included in our rates.  Though always appreciated, driver gratuity is entirely at the client’s discretion.

To provide the highest level of service and ensure vehicle availability, reservation requests are reviewed individually. Once your request has been approved and payment has been received, your reservation will be officially confirmed. 
 
For Signature Event Experiences and extended services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due prior to service. If you have questions regarding payment options, the Driven team is more than happy to assist YOU.

Yes.  We provide service for non-airport pickups.  Check out our Signature Event Experience Private SUV transportation designed for concerts, sporting events, and special nights out — with dedicated wait time and seamless pickup when your event ends.

Airport Transportation

We provide transportation to and from LAX, Long Beach Airport, Burbank Airport, Ontario Airport, John Wayne Airport, and surrounding SoCal airports.

Yes. Each pickup includes 15 minutes of courtesy wait time unless otherwise stated.

Yes. Driven offers Executive Meet & Greet service designed to provide a warm, professional welcome with seamless arrival coordination.

Driven monitors all flight arrivals and adjust pickup times for delays at no extra charge.  In the event of an extreme delay, we’ll do our best to accommodate your updated arrival or provide a full refund. Canceled flights receive a full refund.

Driven provides 15 minutes of complimentary wait time for standard pickups.  For airport pickups we provide 20 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international arrivals.

Standard wait-time rates apply after the grace period.

Yes.  We love your furry family member.  Please let us know in advance by adding a note to your reservation.  Pets must be kept in a pet carrier during the ride.

Vehicle & Ride Experience

Yes. Clients may request a woman driver whenever available. Requests are welcomed but are not guaranteed and remain subject to availability.

No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the vehicle.

No. Illegal substances and unlawful activity are strictly prohibited during service.

Cleaning or damage fees may apply if excessive cleaning or repairs are required as a result of a client or their party.

Driven by LEAP NOW provides private transportation throughout Los Angeles and surrounding Southern California areas, including airport transfers, hourly transportation, and point-to-point service.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and operating conditions.
